Mister Car Wash, Inc. is launching its Operations Lead in Training program in Manitoba, Canada, inviting you to start a rewarding leadership path.

Over a 16-week training experience, you will gain hands-on operational skills and foundation in leadership while working alongside an experienced General Manager. You will drive unforgettable customer experiences, balance speed and quality, promote memberships, and grow your sales and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long‑term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
