Your Role At Sephora

As Team Lead, Operations, you will support all operations aspects of a specific Sephora store. This includes managing the Operations team and supporting areas such as staffing, overnight stock, and overall store execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence: Lead store operations ensuring all processes meet company standards.
  2. Inventory Management: Oversee shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and process adherence.
  3. Visual Merchandising: Manage merchandising standards and oversee cleaning crews.
  4. Supply Management: Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies, testers, and samples.
  5. Performance & Development: Manage performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
  6. Customer Engagement: Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients and staff.
  7. Budget Strategies: Understand and manage sales, staffing, payroll, and expenses.
Qualifications
