Job summary

Levitt-Safety in Atlantic Canada is seeking an Operations Lead to support our Customer Service, Service Administration, Warehouse and Branch Operations. This hands-on role requires coordinating daily workflow, addressing escalations and ensuring customer commitments are met.

You'll work across teams, monitor KPIs, assist with onboarding and coaching, and jump in where needed to keep priorities moving and deliver a great customer experience. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, service administration, branch operations, distribution, warehouse or similar environment.
  • Experience as Team Lead, Senior Representative, Coordinator or other go-to resource is an asset.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily workflow and priorities across Customer Service, Service Administration, Warehouse and branch operations.
  • Act as a go-to resource for questions, escalations and operational issues, keeping the Regional Manager informed of key priorities.
  • Support workload coverage during vacations, absences and busy periods, including order entry, quotes, shipping and receiving when needed.
  • Monitor key Customer Service and operational KPIs and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Support tender and bid administration, including tracking opportunities, documentation and deadlines.
  • Work with Sales, Service, Customer Service and Operations to keep customer commitments and submissions on track.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Support onboarding, knowledge sharing and day-to-day coaching.
  • Assist with branch and facility needs, including maintenance and contractor coordination.
  • Jump in where needed - this is a hands‑on operational role.

Levitt-Safety is looking for an Operations Lead to support our Atlantic Canada operations. This is a hands‑on role working across Customer Service, Service Administration, Warehouse and Branch Operations to keep priorities moving, resolve issues and support a great customer experience.

What You Bring
  • Experience in customer service, service administration, branch operations, distribution, warehouse or a similar environment.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead, Senior Representative, Coordinator or other go-to resource is an asset.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-through.
  • Clear communication and the confidence to work with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Good judgment and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 and business systems.
  • Experience with quotes, bids, tenders, reporting or KPIs is an asset.
  • A collaborative, hands‑on approach and willingness to step in when the team needs support.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset, but equivalent experience will be considered.
