Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in operations, administration or related field.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex administrative data and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Provide insights using data analytics to support decisions.
• Serve as a point of contact for senior stakeholders and ensure service delivery.
