Conduct inbound, outbound, and municipal material audits to verify contract compliance and track residue trends.
Analyze audit metrics and recovery rates to recommend operational adjustments and sorter training.
Standardize regional sample collection workflows (e.g., Circular Materials) across facilities.
Issue POs, follow up on outstanding invoices, and track expenses to support financial forecasting.
Resolve vendor payment issues with Accounts Payable and manage vendor data in Workday.
Generate spend reports to audit operational expenses against departmental budgets.
Record new inventory, maintain system visibility, and execute quarterly cycle counts.
Monitor stock thresholds with management and initiate purchase orders for replenishment.
Perform weekly picks-per-minute audits, provide targeted coaching, and track team performance metrics.
Facilitate quarterly JHSC meetings, record minutes, and track employee safety concerns in SEMS.
Log hazards, assist with incident investigations, and coordinate monthly inspections and emergency drills.
Ensure workplace safety boards, SDS, and compliance documentation are up to date.
Coordinate external safety audits, evidence submission, and corrective action tracking.
Analyze inbound/outbound operational metrics via Cietrade and Google Sheets to present key findings to leadership.
Serve as internal subject-matter expert for Cietrade troubleshooting and user support.
Maintain master dispatch schedules, audit scale operations for ticket accuracy, and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Manage client onboarding, vendor setups, and data synchronization between Workday and Cietrade.
Validate contract pricing, update monthly municipal pricing via OBM indices, and issue partner notices.
Verify sales orders, resolve shipment discrepancies, and analyze freight cost variance reports.
Onboard new hires, manage PPE distribution, and resolve general vendor and workplace inquiries.
Lead logistics for company event planning and employee appreciation initiatives.
