Socket.dev in Toronto, ON, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day IT and facilities operations, helping scale a rapidly growing team. You will wear many hats, solve problems, and work cross-functionally on internal office projects.
You are detail-oriented, a self-starter with hands-on problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include equipment management, Tier 1 IT/Facilities support, documentation, events, and coordinating onsite logistics to keep the office running smoothly.

Our Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day IT and Facilities operations and tools designed to create magic internally. You proactively seek opportunities to solve problems and help us efficiently scale our rapidly growing team. You are detail-oriented, a self-starter and like solving problems and working with your hands. Like other members of our Operations team, this role requires you to wear many hats; we roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to help get the job done (and we love it that way!). Our Operations Coordinator will work cross functionally on a variety of projects contributing to internal office operations and serve as a go-to contact for many daily operations.
