Trust Home Comfort in Edmonton, AB is seeking a friendly, professional Operations Coordinator for a full-time role. You will tackle various responsibilities, coordinate with a motivated team, and help deliver accurate, efficient workflows.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm, with optional on-call and Saturday work. You will review work orders, ensure materials and equipment are ready, track supplies, and order parts to prevent shortages, while coordinating with the office for

• 1+ years of experience as a customer service rep or similar position
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• You'll prepare for the day's upcoming jobs by reviewing work orders and ensuring that all materials/equipment are ready to go.
• You'll help keep track of our supply levels and order more parts to make sure we don't run out.
• Communication is also important, and you'll coordinate with the office team to schedule timely repairs and service calls.
• As needed, you'll be asked to help out with additional responsibilities, such as picking up or delivering materials to job sites.

HVAC experience would be helpful but isn't required for our Operations Coordinator. It'd be a bonus if you have schedule flexibility for working Saturday or on-call hours.
