Job summary

Great Canadian Roofing & Siding is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to manage inquiries and coordinate appointments for Field Estimators in Edmonton. You will ensure accurate information for the field team and support the sales process across departments.

You will update CRM systems, track client interactions, and assist with reporting to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production and a consistently positive client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Experience supporting sales teams, managing appointments, or working with CRM systems is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or administrative systems.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record keeping skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while supporting overall team objectives.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
