Responsibilities
  1. Support the Operations manager in team development and coordinate with staff at all levels to ensure efficient workflow and smooth communication.
  2. Follow standard operating procedures established by management.
  3. Inspect, handle, and stock inbound products.
  4. Manage returns: count, confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete paperwork.
  5. Assign delivery tasks to drivers based on warehouse volume.
  6. Supervise warehouse operations according to the quality manual, including managing personnel and/or third-party service providers.
  7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service concerns to supervisors.
  8. Promote safe work practices among team members.
  9. Organize daily cycle counts and monitor variances.
  10. Prepare weekly reports.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. College diploma or international equivalent.
  2. Fluent in English and Chinese.
  3. Strong process-oriented thinking within your area of responsibility.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution and people management.
  5. Ability to supervise and motivate a team to meet and exceed goals.
  6. Availability to work night shifts and weekends.

Salary range: $19 to $20 per hour.
