Job summary

CLEAResult in Toronto is seeking an Operations Analyst to support program and operations across data management, metrics, dashboards, and process improvement for an Ontario Commercial and Industrial energy program. This hybrid role requires one day per week in the office and being in the Greater Toronto Area.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in an analyst role, advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot), PowerPoint and Outlook, plus familiarity with e-blasts (Mail Merge/Mailchimp) and basic

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an analyst role.
• 0–4 experience in energy efficiency.
• Post-secondary education in Sustainability, Energy, or Business.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) for data cleaning and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with e-blasts (Mail Merge, Mailchimp, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA is an asset.

• Lead and participate in staff meetings.
