To join our team as an Operations Analyst. Program and Operations support staff play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to established guidelines. These roles encompass various functions, including data management, metrics and reporting, team coordination, and process improvement.
Responsibilities range from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes to overseeing entire functions such as business development or practice management. While primarily internal-facing, these roles may involve direct interaction with clients, customers, or trade allies.
The successful candidate will support the Commercial & Industrial team.
Analyze program data and conducts complex research.
Produce detailed reports ensuring contract compliance, relevance, and professional presentation.
Lead and participate in staff meetings, goal setting, and compliance efforts.
Manage special projects and function as a team lead when needed.
Juggles multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities at a moment’s notice.
Define and track key metrics within business systems.
Develop reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements to policies, processes, or tools.
Decisions significantly impact organizational administration and effectiveness.
Exciting candidates will have…
3–5 years of experience as an Analyst
Post-secondary education in Sustainability, Energy, or Business
Proficiency in Power BI for report creation
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) for data cleaning and analysis
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with e-blasts (Mail Merge, Mailchimp, etc.)
Knowledge of Power Automate preferred
Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or VBA is an asset
Targeted Compensation:
$32-$34/h
Compensation Range
