Therefore, if you are looking to develop a career in the financial industry by joining a middle or back-office team this is the position for you. This position is ideal for someone with an interest in financial services, with strong administrative skills and attention to detailed work. Experience in the securities industry, in a support function, middle or back office is considered an asset.
This is an internal administrative and support role, which is non-client facing. However, your responsibilities can evolve over time based on skill set and career goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all account documentation for the team, including ensuring that our regulatory requirements are fulfilled. You will be the main point of contact with our Corporate Operations & Compliance team, mastering our firm’s documentation processes and maintaining working knowledge of compliance requirements.
We’re looking for an individual with the right skill set, work ethic, and personality to fit in with our team. While prior experience in financial services administration is an asset, it’s not essential if you meet the following requirements:
