A leading company in logistics is hiring an Operations Administrator I in London, Ontario. This role involves performing clerical and administrative functions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and customer service skills, along with a high school diploma. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery time. Serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 07:30 – 12:30
