A leading company is seeking an Operations Administrator I to manage clerical and administrative tasks across hub and station operations. Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Serves as the first point of contact for customers regarding various issues.
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 07:30 – 12:30
