Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Administrator in Calgary, AB. The Operations Administrator will handle administrative tasks, facilitate effective communication within the team, and provide excellent customer service. The role also involves process optimization and supporting management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Strong administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
  • Previous experience in operations or similar roles is advantageous
  • Experience with roster (rotation) management, training, and personal data entry
  • Managing multiple portals such as Avetta, IsNetworld, Contractor Compliance, etc.
  • Understanding of safety management and compliance data and policies
  • Assisting with financial duties such as accounts reconciliation, PO creation, and invoice generation
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails)
