Job summary

Swissport Canada is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to streamline daily operations, maintain records, and support recruitment and onboarding activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong data accuracy and communication skills, capable of coordinating with internal teams, airport authorities, and suppliers. A hybrid work arrangement is available with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and operational inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Prepare, update, and maintain operational documents, reports, presentations, schedules, and records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, training sessions, and other activities.
• Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding activities, ensuring new hires complete the required documentation and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to activities and compliance requirements.
• Support managers with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-up on operational priorities.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and launch of new lounges, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and airport stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform other administrative and operational support duties as required.
