The role involves providing administrative support to the Operations team, which includes collecting and organizing content from various departments. Additionally, the position requires assisting with collecting survey responses, data reporting, managing the CSI survey platform, processing purchase orders, translating internal communications, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Collect and organize content from multiple company departments to be redistributed for various communication needs on a weekly and monthly basis using various design programs.
Assist with translating our internal communication messages and documents.
Collect data for reporting from various areas of the business.
Assist with management of the CSI survey platform: this may include granting/removing user access, troubleshooting user issues, and communicating with our survey platform partner.
