Job Description

The role involves providing administrative support to the Operations team, which includes collecting and organizing content from various departments. Additionally, the position requires assisting with collecting survey responses, data reporting, managing the CSI survey platform, processing purchase orders, translating internal communications, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize content from multiple company departments to be redistributed for various communication needs on a weekly and monthly basis using various design programs.
  • Assist with translating our internal communication messages and documents.
  • Collect data for reporting from various areas of the business
  • Assist with management of CSI survey platform: this may include granting/ removing user access, troubleshooting user issues, and communicating our survey platform partner.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
  • Can work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multitask and able to manage deadlines and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and well organized.
  • Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • French would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Experience with D365 and Microsoft Office is considered an asset
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
