Job summary

Roneta seeks an Operations Accountant in Calgary to join a team supporting month-end close, data entry, and rental accounting across Canada and the USA. The role requires in-office presence five days a week in SE Calgary.

Responsibilities include generating billing summaries, reconciling intercompany transactions, posting in SAP, and maintaining service/ rental logs. CPA progress is welcomed, with at least 3 years of accounting experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• CPA in initial stages is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into accounting spreadsheets and assist month-end tasks.
• Resolve rental-related issues and support in department coverage.
• Review and reconcile intercompany shipments and prepare journal entries.
• Post approved CDN/USA rental invoices in SAP and maintain logs.
• Scan and file accounting documents and support ad hoc projects.
