Job Description

• Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks tailored to fintech lending and payment operations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), to identify potential operational risks.
• Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to proactively manage risk exposures.
• Investigate operational incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk considerations are integrated into business processes and product development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to operational risk.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of lending and payment processes, including associated operational risks.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or equivalent.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to fintech operations.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in risk management.
