Job summary

Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) in Saskatoon, SK, is recruiting an Operations Documentation Lead to develop and maintain the plant's operational documentation framework, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across commissioning, start-up, and ongoing activities.

The role collaborates with Operations, Process Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, and vendors to deliver practical, compliant documents.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting readiness, commissioning, and start-up activities is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs for normal, abnormal, start-up, shutdown and emergency conditions.
• Create TOIs, alarm response guides, operating philosophies, rounds, checklists and troubleshooting guides.
• Develop handover tools, operational logs and operator support documentation.
• Coordinate reviews with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE and vendors; manage document control and regulatory compliance.
