Job summary

The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) in Saskatoon is seeking a Maintenance Documentation Lead to develop and maintain the facility’s maintenance documentation framework, ensuring safe, reliable operations and CMMS integration.

Working with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and OEMs, you will create procedures, job plans, inspection programs, and troubleshooting resources to support readiness, with emphasis on document control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in industrial maintenance, reliability, or related fields.
• Experience developing maintenance procedures and job plans.
• Experience with CMMS implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance documentation for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and building services.
• Develop CMMS content, job plans, inspection programs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support readiness reviews and equipment handover activities.
• Coordinate reviews with maintenance, engineering, and vendors.
