Job summary

MDA Space is seeking a Production Operator – Mechanical for the evening shift in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC. You will perform assembly tasks, operate machines, validate steps and support downstream Shipping/Receiving as part of a high-volume production line.

Candidate must follow process sheets, use production databases, and demonstrate manual dexterity with basic hand tools; French language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Follow basic assembly drawings and detailed instructions.
• Experience with production databases.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use simple hand tools.
• High school education or equivalent; 0–1 years of relevant experience; good knowledge of French.

Role:

With detailed instructions, performs basic manual tasks and operates automatic or semi-automatic machines to complete a variety of routine and repetitive assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. Level of responsibility: Works from process sheets or detailed written/verbal instructions.
