Job summary

TechDoQuest in Toronto, Canada, seeks a seasoned OpenText Exstream CCM expert to serve as onsite SME. You will design, develop, and support enterprise CCM solutions using Exstream components, and lead AMS activities including incident resolution and production support.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to modernize platforms, migrate from legacy CCM, review designs, mentor teams, and contribute to solution architecture and roadmaps for long-term CCM strategy.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (Version 16+) preferred.
• Strong expertise in Exstream Design Manager, Communications Builder, Orchestration, Control Center, Runtime Engine, Interactive Communications.
• Experience in Exstream platform upgrades, migrations from legacy CCM platforms, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AMS support models, incident management, and production support processes.
• Experience with Cloud Native architectures and deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite and lead technical discussions with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite SME and trusted advisor for OpenText Exstream initiatives.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise CCM solutions using Exstream.
• Lead AMS activities including incident resolution, problem management, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement scalable CCM solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Exstream components.
• Drive platform modernization, cloud-native adoption, upgrades, and migrations.
• Perform design reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices and governance.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Mentor development and support teams on Exstream capabilities and standards.
• Participate in solution architecture and roadmap discussions for long-term CCM strategy.
