Axiom Global Technologies in Mississauga, Canada seeks an OpenText xPression Developer to design and implement enterprise CCM templates. You will transform business requirements into reusable document components and ensure accurate data mapping.

Requires hands-on OpenText xPression experience with xDesign/xDDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard, plus SDLC and testing expertise. You will collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-volume communications.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience with OpenText xPression.
• Hands-on experience with xDesign/xDDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard.
• Experience building complex dynamic document templates.
• Strong XML, data structures, and document composition.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and software testing practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain enterprise customer communication templates using OpenText xPression.
• Develop complex documents including policy documents, welcome letters, claims communications, statements, bills, forms.
• Work with xDesign/xDDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard for template development and administration.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and reusable document components.
• Develop dynamic document elements including conditional content, tables, nested tables, images, headers, barcodes.
• Integrate templates with enterprise data sources and ensure accurate data mapping.
• Support document output for viewing, printing, and mailing.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, application teams, and business stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced OpenText xPression Developer with strong hands‑on experience in xPression and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing complex, dynamic customer communication templates and supporting document generation throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain enterprise customer communication templates using OpenText xPression.
• Develop complex documents including policy documents, welcome letters, claims communications, statements, bills, forms, and correspondence.
• Work with xDesign/xDDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard for template development and administration.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and reusable document components.
• Develop dynamic document elements including conditional content, tables, nested tables, images/logos, headers, barcodes, and other components.
• Integrate templates with enterprise data sources and ensure accurate data mapping and document generation.
• Support document output for customer viewing, printing, and mailing.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, application teams, and business stakeholders.

• Experience supporting high‑volume customer communication and document‑generation environments.
