You will partner with engineering, product management, and legal teams to guide the use of third‑party and open source software and ensure compliant disclosures.

As you grow in scope, you will help develop and refine governance frameworks, implement risk controls, and communicate complex technical and compliance topics

Qualifications

• Experience applying open source licensing concepts across licensing models.
• Experience with AI governance in software development contexts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for risk evaluations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve SBOMs to validate licensing, security and IP risks.
• Guide the use of third-party, open source, and proprietary software with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and enhance Software Governance frameworks, processes, and tools.
