Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Law, MIS, or Ethics/Philosophy required.
• MBA or JD highly preferred.
• Native language proficiency mandatory to navigate regional nuances.
• English proficiency minimum B1 for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic AI roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Design robust AI governance structures and policies.
• Lead regulatory compliance reviews (EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF).
• Create explainability and fairness rubrics for AI models.
• Conduct workshops to boost AI literacy and adoption.
