Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as a Mining Engineer in open pit mining environments.
• Interest in developing specialist capability in Deswik software and applying technology to improve mining outcomes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply open pit mining knowledge across various customers, commodities, mine types and operations.
• Develop and deliver Deswik-based mine planning solutions to support practical outcomes.
• Support customers with open pit design, scheduling, optimisation, and workflow improvement.
• Develop, support and deliver training for Deswik customers as they adopt our tools.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, geologists, software developers and consultants.
