Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Bridges and Civil Structures in Ontario. Lead multidisciplinary teams on transformative infrastructure projects including highways, rail, and pedestrian bridges. Influence strategic decisions and deliver exceptional outcomes for mobility across generations.

The role requires a P.Eng. in Ontario, 10–20 years in bridge engineering, and expertise in CAN/CSA-S6 and CSIBridge/MIDAS with BIM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; Master’s/PhD preferred
• 10–20 years of bridge engineering experience with leadership on major projects
