Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Mississauga and Brampton is seeking an EHS Specialist to support the development and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs. You will work with site leadership to promote a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, regulatory reporting, training delivery, and coordination of EH&S objectives across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Knowledge of OHSA, CSA, MECP regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs and systems.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, MECP, NPRI and CSA standards.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate training and orientation for new hires.
• Support JHSC activities and regulatory reporting.
