Job summary

Midnite is hiring an AML/ATF compliance leader to build and own the Ontario AML program, ensuring adherence to PCMLTFA, FINTRAC guidance, and AGCO/iGO requirements. You will shape controls, run day-to-day monitoring, and lead investigations with practical risk-based solutions.

The role is hands-on, with accountability for risk assessments, reporting, and training across the business, while preserving a smooth player experience in a fast-growing gaming environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AML/ATF compliance, ideally in online gambling, payments, fintech or banking.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, case management and screening tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and own AML/ATF program for Ontario, aligning with federal and provincial rules.
• Lead readiness for Ontario launch, testing monitoring, screening and reporting controls.
