Not your grandad’s bookie.
As we build Midnite in Ontario, we need someone to make sure our growth is clean growth. You’ll run day-to-day anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) for our Ontario casino: spotting suspicious activity, investigating it, reporting it properly, and building the controls that reduce the risk of it happening again. You’ll shape how AML works at Midnite in Ontario from the ground up, with real influence over product and payments decisions.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll set the direction and do the work yourself, from tuning monitoring rules and working alerts to writing reports and leading investigations. You’ll keep our program aligned with the PCMLTFA, FINTRAC guidance, the AGCO Standards, and iGaming Ontario’s AML requirements. Just as importantly, you’ll design effective, proportionate controls that protect players and the business without getting in the way of the player experience.
At Midnite, we’re committed to creating equal opportunities for everyone. We actively strive to build balanced teams that reflect the diversity of our communities, including ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, the LGBTQIA+ community, and all genders.
We aim to provide an inclusive and supportive interview experience for all candidates. If you require any reasonable adjustments, please let us know in advance so we can ensure you feel comfortable and set up for success.
