Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger entries and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and invoice clients.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and payroll.
• Prepare income tax and financial statements.
• Store, update and retrieve financial data; maintain records.
• Perform clerical duties and general office tasks.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns, as needed.
• Organize and maintain inventory; manage cash.
