Job summary

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead concurrent audit and advisory engagements, applying IIA Standards to assess internal controls and recommend enhancements that strengthen OLG’s control environment and support organizational success.

Reporting to the Senior Director Audit, you will develop engagement plans, review deliverables, mentor teams, and build trusted relationships with business leaders while advancing the annual audit plan.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or related field.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CAMS.
• 7+ years of progressive experience within audit, risk management and/or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement plans, scopes, and approaches for advisory and assurance engagements aligned with the Annual Audit Plan.
• Prepare high-quality engagement deliverables including planning documents, workpapers and reports.
• Review and provide feedback on outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Lead assessments of process effectiveness, internal controls, and information reliability with solid evidence.
• Identify control gaps and risks; recommend practical improvements to strengthen compliance and risk mitigation.
• Provide thought leadership with industry trends and benchmarking insights.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Annual Audit Plan using risk-based insights.
