Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Millwright in Toronto, ON to maintain and repair packaging and process equipment in a food manufacturing setting. The role requires a 443A Millwright license and 5 years of hands-on experience with processing and packaging equipment.

You will perform PMs, equipment changeovers, and ensure GMP and safety standards are met. Working onsite in a day shift, you’ll troubleshoot and repair equipment, document work, and support continuous improvement across the line with a

• 443A Millwright license required.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance of processing/packaging equipment.
• Experience with homogenizers, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, rotary fillers, bottle sleevers.

Responsibilities

• Modify, repair, install, maintain and troubleshoot packaging and process equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and provide quick, innovative solutions.
• Conduct PM programs and handle equipment changeover and setup.
• Maintain health & safety and GMP compliance in daily work.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely line handovers between shifts.
