Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Millwright in Vaughan to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines, overhaul and install new equipment, and ensure safe, efficient operation. The role requires a 433A Millwright certificate and willingness to work weekends/overtime.

You will read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and collaborate with other trades to complete projects.

Qualifications

Must hold 433A Millwright certificate.
PLC programming experience is an asset.
Prior diagnostic / troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and provide preventive and corrective maintenance to production lines and facilitate changeovers.
Overhaul and install new equipment.
Perform facility maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
Ensure PMs are completed on time and recorded.
Maintain inventory by generating parts requests and completing work orders.
Read blueprints and schematics; operate grinding, milling, lathe tools as needed.
Follow all safety policies and use MS Office and CMMS.
