Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, printers, and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT inquiries by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
