Job summary

Wolseley Canada is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide onsite HR support at the Brampton MDC in Ontario. You will partner with leaders and associates to support employee relations, recruitment, performance management, attendance, investigations, and day-to-day HR operations.

Compensation includes a robust benefits package, annual bonus, RRSP pension match, paid vacation and education reimbursement, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment and health & safety legislation.
• CHRP designation considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders and associates at the Brampton MDC.
• Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, attendance, accommodations, investigations, discipline and terminations.
• Conduct and support workplace investigations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding/training for new hires.
