Job summary

Rising Edge Group in Kelowna seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary electrical construction projects across North America. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to scope, while coordinating clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires an undergraduate degree, PMP is a strong asset, and 3–5 years of full-cycle construction project experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; PMP designation or equivalent considered a strong asset.
• 3–5 years' experience managing medium to large full-cycle construction projects.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate project setup post-award with proper team structure and budgets.
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan and schedules.
• Manage changes, document scope, schedule, and cost impacts with clients.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers, safety and quality plans.
• Monitor financial performance and cash flow, ensure budget adherence.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Provide project reporting and lead meetings from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance across projects.
