Job summary

Humber River Health in Toronto is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator for the Digital Learning Team to support education initiatives across units. You will coordinate project plans, onboarding, and documentation, helping staff adopt new systems and processes while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role is onsite at Wilson site, requires 1–2 years of project coordination experience and strong MS Office skills; certification in project management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Undergraduate degree in Business, Administration or Communications related field required.
• Completion of Project Management Certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Project coordination and program facilitation.
• Must have experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
• Strong Project coordination/Management experience.
• Prior Instructor/Trainer experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Equity, diversity and inclusion knowledge is asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and promote implementation of project plans, timeframes, schedules, budgets and communications for the Digital Learning Team.
• Coordinate onboarding for staff and students/instructors across projects and education initiatives.
• Assist in development of department goals and project documentation.
• Maintain training environment and conduct Meditech orientation as needed.
• Act as central information contact and assist with payroll and invoicing where required.
