This intermediate role owns the monthly construction draw process across about 25 loans per month, coordinating with lenders and quantity surveyors to ensure funds are funded accurately and on schedule. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, project finance or construction lending
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
• Experience reading and interpreting lending agreements and contracts

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly construction draw process across an average of 25 loans, ensuring timely funding.
• Review and validate contractor and vendor invoices against project lending agreements, approved budgets and draw schedules.
• Confirm that invoiced amounts meet lender requirements before each draw is submitted.
• Gather supporting documents for each drawdown with project accountants and managers on active projects.
• Prepare and support draw request packages for submission to lenders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with lenders and third-party quantity surveyors on draw-related matters.
• Maintain audit-ready records of loan draws, invoice approvals and supporting documentation.
• Track project funding and draw status against construction schedules and lending agreement milestones.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate where needed.
