Job summary

Goodness Me! is seeking an Online Support Team Member for Store Support at our Waterloo location. This part-time role involves picking orders, maintaining e-commerce workflows, and delivering high-quality customer service.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by manager.

Goodness Me! is now hiring a part-time Online Support Team Member for Store Support, working out of our Waterloo location.

As the Online Support Team Member, you will work from our Waterloo location. You will be primarily responsible for picking orders and maintaining our online sales e-commerce orders. You will be required to will maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

Other tasks and duties may include:

• Discuss Order issues with Manager and resolve those
• Pick orders
• Print Invoices, check products for code dates, qty, etc and match those to invoice
• Pack orders, print shipping labels
• Ship orders using shipping carrier as advised by Manager
• Print and process shipping documentation as required
• Process refunds to the customer as required
• Monitor Customer Service emails and phone calls
• Other relevant duties as assigned by manager (e.g. receive and stock shipping supplies, etc.)
• Adapt communication style in order to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals

What you bring:

• One year of experience in retail
