Job Title: Inside Sales Account Advisor

Work Location: Ottawa (150 Elgin Street, Ottawa ON)

Paid Training: 6 weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, with a 30-minute break

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm EST, with a 1 hour 30-minute break

Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of full-time employment or extension

Rate: $20.43/hr (all inclusive) without benefits & a $1000 joining bonus

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Overall work experience of 3 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• BPO experience preferred
• Outbound sales experience
• Inside sales experience with emphasis on outbound and inbound calling
• Quota-based sales experience with impact on performance and promotions
• Interest in industry/vertical knowledge expansion through training and certifications
• Flexible, quick learner, and adaptable to evolving client needs
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and team contribution
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments
• Knowledge and understanding of advertising
• Excellent relationship-building skills and experience with North American customers
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills
