Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager for the Atlantic region (Halifax, NS and Moncton, NB). You will develop and execute business plans, apply clinical insights, and drive Janssen product access with healthcare providers in a hybrid field/virtual environment.

The role requires a strong guiding strategy, regional collaboration, and ongoing training participation to meet sales and market share targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years Business/Sales experience.
• Consultative/insight-based selling ability.
• CRM and data-driven decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) to health care providers to achieve sales forecasts.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision makers to gain product support.
• Build internal and external networks for collaboration and solutions.
• Leverage CRM for planning, calls, and educational events.
