Job summary

Talcura Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide patient-centered care across Complex Malignant Hematology units in both inpatient and outpatient settings in Toronto.

The role rotates between CMH sites per schedule and supports patients with acute leukemia and other hematologic conditions. You will work with an interprofessional team, administer systemic therapy, manage therapy-related adverse effects, perform thorough assessments, and contribute to quality improvement

Qualifications

  • Registered nurse with current Ontario license and eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Minimum two years of recent acute care experience.
  • Experience in medical oncology/hematology preferred.
  • Active engagement in education and clinical training activities.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to obtain/maintain De Souza or ONS certification if required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for CMH in inpatient and outpatient units.
  • Monitor and manage side effects of therapy, pancytopenia, and supportive care.
  • Educate patients and families, coordinate care with the interprofessional team.
  • Ensure compliance with College of Nurses of Ontario standards and hospital policies.
