Job summary

ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects across our industrial cleaning solutions. You will manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and full operational handover.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification or proven experience in delivering onboarding/implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across disciplines in an equipment environment.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of onboarding projects from contract to handover.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor activity against timescales.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule equipment, personnel and resources.
• Ensure operators are trained and equipment handed over successfully.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and seek efficiency improvements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations; manage project issues.
• Be the primary customer contact, providing regular progress updates.
• Chair project meetings and review progress and milestones.
• Ensure contractual requirements and customer specs are delivered.
• Produce project documents and status updates for review.
