Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring a Manager, Fund Administration (Onboarding) to lead the successful onboarding of new fund administration clients. You will oversee fund accounting setup and client relationships across implementation, ensuring a best-in-class initial experience.

You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and serve as the accounting expert during onboarding. This role shapes onboarding workflows and drives data accuracy before transitioning to ongoing service teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in PE/VC/real estate funds.
• 3+ years of people management, including hiring and coaching.
• Experience with onboarding, data migration, or implementations in fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to work independently solving complex problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new fund administration customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project plans and milestones to ensure timely deliverables.
• Interface with clients to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Act as accounting expert for onboarding and client questions.
• Improve onboarding workflows and identify efficiency gains.
• Collect and review client documents and data, reconciling data for setup.
• Review final workspace setup for quality before handoff to service teams.
• Flag product feedback to product teams and participate in special projects.
