Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior leader to oversee the onboarding of new fund administration clients, ensuring accurate fund accounting and reporting setups from day one. You will manage client relationships throughout implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years fund accounting experience in private equity, VC, or real estate funds.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Experience managing onboarding, data migration, or implementations.
• Strong fund accounting knowledge and reporting.
• Understanding of private equity structures and reporting.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Experience defining system requirements and implementing new tech-enabled processes.
• Strong PM, organizational, and communication skills.
• Technology-minded with interest in automation.
• Comfort in a fast-growing environment and evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new fund administration clients with cross-functional teams.
• Manage implementation plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain client relationships for onboarding.
• Serve as a technical accounting resource for fund accounting and reporting.
• Lead initiatives to optimize onboarding workflows and best practices.
• Oversee collection and review of LPAs and financial data for implementation.
• Reconcile client data and ensure accuracy throughout onboarding.
• Review client workspaces and configurations before transition to ongoing services.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements from client feedback.
• Coach and develop team members and support performance management.
• Contribute to special projects to scale onboarding services.
