The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals in the Americas to meet staffing needs and foster a diverse, inclusive candidate experience.
Mission
To manage Epiroc's Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes, from offer acceptance to full integration, including sourcing, screening, coordinating orientation, background checks, paperwork, training, and supporting new hires. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams in the Americas region.
