Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing partner, is hiring at its Prince George, VA site to support a new factory startup building large form-factor equipment. The role leads production teams, drives operational excellence, ensures safety, quality, and schedules, and collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to meet business objectives.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a supervisor/manager role is required.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume manufacturing; large form factor manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor and manage production schedules, labor utilization, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.
